	November 17，2006， – DK (Dorling Kindersley Publisher, UK) commissioned Frank to shoot two elementary schools in China for an UNICEF associated book project “A School Like Mine”. DK found Frank over the Internet. Frank is fluent in both Chinese and English, has many local connections, understands the nature of the business and how the business is conducted in China. He made the project a success in a very short time frame with local school and model family support. 英国著名出版商DK特聘陈启华为联合国儿童基金组织项目《象我的一样的学校》，来中国拍摄两所小学。在学校和同学家长的配合下，Frank在短短的两星期中，圆满地完成了摄影任务。
	November 19 – 23，2006 – Frank gave a refreshing five-day lecture/workshop at Shanghai Professional Photographer Education Center along with his assistant David Roberson. Frank lectured on documentary, photojournalism, and wedding photojournalism photography while David gave an in-depth lesson on design, composition and photo editing. 受上海摄影师高级进修中心邀请，陈启华和助手David Robertson为研修班开了五天的讲座。Frank讲授了有关文献摄影，新闻摄影和新闻纪实婚礼摄影的专题。David讲授了设计，画面组合及图像后期处理。

	September 3，2006 – Frank gave a speech at the multifunctional hall in Shanghai Library (Capture the Moment – Wedding Photojournalism). Frank's photojournalism wedding images and his dynamic speaking style were well received by the audients. 陈启华在上海图书馆多功能厅作了《抓住真实而精彩的瞬间 - 从纪实婚礼摄影谈起》。Frank精彩的纪实婚礼摄影作品和激情的演讲方式，在听众中引起强烈的反响。
	August 10，2006 – September 8 – Frank took his family vacation in Shanghai上海, China. Shanghai上海 is home to Frank and his wife. Both of them were born and attended college there. Frank did a lot of catch-up with friends and family. 陈启华协全家回上海探亲。
	August 2，2006 – Frank met with Mr. Denis Reggie at his studio. Mr. Reggie mentored Frank on many insides of wedding photography. Denis Reggie is the legendary American celebrity photographer. His clients includes the Kennedy family. Frank幸会了Denis Reggie. Reggie向Frank传授了许多婚礼摄影的内幕。Denis Reggie是美国著名的明星婚礼摄影大师，他的客户包括所有肯尼迪家族的成员。
	May，2006 – Shanghai Photography magazine published an 8-page editorial content featuring Frank's photojournalism wedding photography. The magazine later hired Frank as its overseas photojournalist. 《上海摄影》用8页长篇介绍Frank的新闻纪实性婚礼摄影，并邀请Frank作为杂志的海外特邀记者摄影师。
	April 19，2006 – Frank attended the Grace Ormonde reception at Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Buckhead, Atlanta. Frank was inspired by Grace. Frank Chen Photography is one of the six photography studios in the region to be invited to advertise in the magazine. Frank 参加了美国最高级婚礼杂志Grace Ormonde在Ritz-Carlton的酒会。陈启华摄影是受邀上该杂志的六家摄影师事务所之一。
